Lesson One: Personal Instruction
Your 4 lesson course will begin with Personal Instruction starting on a Monday, September 14. Please choose what time you would like to schedule your personal instruction appointment.
(90 minute sessions by appointment. Please choose a timeslot.)
Lessons Two-Four: Three consecutive days after Personal Instruction
- Tuesday — 5:00pm–6:15pm
- Wednesday — 5:00pm–6:15pm
- Thursday — 5:00pm–6:15pm
(NOTE: The TM course provides a carefully structured sequence of classes. It is therefore important to plan to attend all four lessons in order to ensure that you learn to properly practice the TM technique.)
